Yes, the 12 volt accessory circuit is in the same location on both the Demco 7-Wire to 6-Wire Coiled Electrical Cord # DM9523054 and the Blue Ox 7-Wire to 6-Wire # BX88206. It's the center pin of the 6-way side and the 1:00 pin of hte 7-way side.
