I would be happy to recommend everything you need to flat tow your 2021 Ford F-150.

I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU33FR which is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will pair up perfectly with the Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar # BX7420. Since the Avail # BX7420 includes safety cables you will not need to purchase them separately.

To complete your flat towing set up you will need wiring, and a supplemental braking system.

For wiring I recommend the Blue Ox Tow Bar Wiring Kit # BX8848 which will give you the diodes, wiring, and connectors needed. Since this kit does not include a connector or cord I also recommend the Demco 7-Wire to 6-Wire Coiled Electrical Cord w/ 6-Way Round Plug # DM9523054, and Mounting Bracket # DM9523056.

Lastly for a supplemental braking system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR due to its easy installation and since it is completely removed when you are done flat towing meaning that it can be used in multiple different tow vehicles if needed.

You will more than likely need a high-low adapter to level the tow bar to your vehicle, so I have included a link to a helpful article that goes over how to measure for the correct adapter, and a link to all of our high-low adapters for you to take a look at.

It is important to look over the recreational towing section of your vehicles owner's manual for any special steps required to make your vehicle ready to be flat towed, and for any restrictions.
