By poles I'm assuming you're talking about the gas struts that hold the cover up against the rear window. These poles can be replaced with the Replacement Prop Rod Assembly for Leer Tri-Fold Tonneau Covers # LE72RR. We also carry the Replacement Prop Rod Clips For Leer Tonneau Covers # LE22RR incase you need to replace those as well.

If by locks you mean you need the latches that allow the covers to lock into place then you'll need the Replacement Cync Latch for Leer Tonneau Covers, part # LE82RR.

We don't have a way to get just the replacement ends for the prop rod assemblies. Only solution would be the complete rod like part #LE54MR.
