Question:

On the e73DR bed cover,I want to know of any clearance issues with the fifth wheel hitch or the actual towing of the camper.Would this cover or the manual retractable cover be a better fit? Thank you.

Hey Mark, since folding tonneau covers like the etrailer part # e73DR end up adding height to the top of the bed rails near the front of the bed they are not ideal for towing a fifth wheel trailer as the nose of the trailer is most likely going to interfere unless for some reason there is a lot of clearance between the bed rails and trailer nose overhang. If you are open to a retracting tonneau cover that would for sure be your better option.

The Pace Edwards Switchblade part # PE46QJ is your best option. This will give you complete bed access when retracted and will for sure not interfere with your fifth wheel towing setup. What fifth wheel trailer are you towing?
