I am looking for a class 4 hitch to install on a Lexus GX460. Can you offer any options or let me know who could help?

Right now, there are no class IV rated trailer hitches for your 2020 Lexus GX 460, however, we do have the:
-Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13043.
While this isn't a class IV hitch, this is still rated for a considerable 5,000-lbs GTW, and a 500-lbs max tongue weight. I also went ahead and checked the owner's manual for your vehicle's gross trailer weight rating, and they explicitly state to never exceed 6,500-lbs when towing a trailer, and that rating is much closer to a class III hitch # C13043 rather than a class IV.
Toi complete your towing setup, you are also going to need a ball mount # C45295, as well as a wiring kit # 119250KIT.
