Longest Propane Extension Hose Offered With A 400,000 BTU Rating

Question:

Looking for an extension propane hose rated for 185000 BTU/Hr for my 12000W portable generator. Need to be 20 to 25 feet if possible. Do you carry anything?

I took a look at the longest extension hoses we offer, and I was able to find the:

-MB Sturgis Propane Extension Hose - Dual Type 1 Tank Valve # 1000914-240-MBS.

This hose measures 20' long, features a dual male/female type 1 connector, and has a maximum BTU rating of 400K. If you're able to let me know what kind of fittings you're needing, I can see if we can come up with something.

I DESPARATELY NEED a Dual Type 1 Tank Valve Extension Hose that is 30 feet long. Fittings needed: dual male/female type 1 connector, just like you said Champion says it needs to be capable of "½ PSI and a flow rate up to 76,000 BTU/hr. when under full load. " Is it possible to build a hose with these specs, and if not, PLEASE explain why. Thanks!

@James Same James here, just following up with a comment and clarification. I was quoting Champion's requirements if I attempt to use a longer hose than their 12-foot dual Type 1 Valve Extension Hose. Are those numbers for PSI and btu/hr for the outlet side of Champion's regulator, ie, what's going into the generator? 0.5 PSI sounds very low to me, if common line pressure for RV appliances is 10-15 PSI. What is this number based on? And if you're stating that a 20-ft hose is capable of 400,000 BTU (per hour?) then surely a longer version of the same hose could deliver 76,000 to the regulator, even if it's 30 feet away. Yes I'm aware of coefficients of friction etc./whatever that slow the output volume down, but, that would be about 80 percent reduction over 50% length. Shoulda taken that fluid dynamics class :-)

@James Hey James, so it looks like the longest dual type 1 hose we offer is the MB Sturgis Propane Extension Hose # 1000914-240-MBS which is 20' long, has a max pressure rating of 350 PSI, and a max flow capacity of 400,000 Btu.
