What Mirror Does CIPA Custom Towing Mirror # CM10951 Fit

I have black glossy covered mirrors. Will installing these over my factory mirrors will these scratch my mirror when tightened?

I am not sure what vehicle you have but if you check out the attached picture you can see what type of mirror the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror # CM10951 is designed to fit. The mirror has padding too so it would not scratch your glossy mirrors either.
