My first concern is determining the weight of your boat and trailer. It sounds like your trailer would have come with a 2,000lb axle as the Loadstar 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30670 has a maximum weight rating of 990lbs per tire. If your boat is over the 2,000lbs this would explain why your axle and springs are damaged. I can help you find the suspension components needed to increase your weight capacity but you should check with the trailer manufacturer to determine if the frame is capable of supporting the additional weight.
I recommend upgrading your suspension to the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Hubs # A35RS545. This will allow you to bolt on an upgraded AEON progressive-rate main springs suspension system that is smoother and quieter than your current suspension. These have a capacity of 3,500lbs to support additional weight over your stock system. The Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30861 is going to be rated for 1,250lbs each to support your weight. This tire is 5/8" wider and 1-1/4" taller, so you will need to ensure you have the clearance for the taller tire.
If you prefer to stay with your slipper spring and solid axle the 3-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Flat End # e49SR are the correct spring for your trailer. Each spring is rated for 1,450lbs giving you 2,900lbs of capacity for the trailer. You will need to have an axle custom made for your frame as our only axles near your dimensions are 2,200lbs and under.
