The Blue Ox base plates have removable tabs, so they'll help your Silverado maintain its look when you aren't flat towing it. The Alpha 2 tow bar is compatible with these base plates, and has long arms which make it easier to maneuver when towing. It also has a 6,500 lb capacity which is more than enough for the weight of your truck, and comes with safety cables so you don't have to make an added purchase of those.

I really like the Flexo-Coil wiring kit because it is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback, keeping your Silverado's electrical system safe. The automatic battery disconnect is going to make disconnecting your truck's battery much simpler, with just the press of a button inside your cab.

As for the braking system, the Stay-IN-Play DUO is by far the best option, and the reason for that is it gives you braking proportional to that of your motorhome. So when you hit the brakes on your motorhome, your Chevy is going to get the same amount of braking power. This results in much smoother braking than most systems which send out a pre-set amount of braking power, giving you a more comfortable and easier-to-control ride when flat towing.
