The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates are the best because they have removable tabs so your Silverado is going to maintain its clean aesthetic when you aren't flat towing it. The Nighthawk is easily the best tow bar you can get because of its aluminum body which makes it lighter and easier to handle than other tow bars, and long 52" reach for better tracking and maneuverability behind your motorhome.

The Nighthawk even includes both safety cables and an electrical cord so you don't have to buy those separately. The diode wiring kit will prevent any type of electrical feedback to keep your Chevy's electrical system safe, and you'll connect it to the cord that comes with the Nighthawk.

As for the braking system, the Stay-IN-Play DUO is the best available system because it gives you braking proportional to that of your motorhome. So when you hit the brakes on your motorhome, your truck is going to get the same amount of braking power, resulting in much smoother braking than other systems. The battery charge line will keep your battery charged, and is also needed because you do need to disconnect the battery on your truck when flat towing it.
