So I am looking for a 2 hitch cargo carrier for a lawn mower that has a ramp and a way to hold a couple trimmers.

I do have a couple of options that will work great for you.

The first option that I recommend, is going with the:

-Flint Hill Goods 30" x 50" Wheelchair Carrier w/ 48" Ramp # FHG77ZR.

This is a hitch mounted cargo carrier that will slide into your 2" trailer hitch, and provide you will a 38" x 50" cargo space with a ramp so you can load your lawn mower and your trimmers.

This cargo carrier has a maximum carrying capacity of 500lbs, and includes 6 built in eye hooks for tie down points.

For tie downs, the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases # EM34415 will work great for you and measures 1" wide and is 10' long.

If you find yourself needing more room, then you're going to need to use a larger trailer like the Detail K2 Mighty Multi Utility Trailer # K2MMT4X6, which also includes a ramp for easy loading, but has a bed that measures 72" long is 48" wide, and has a payload capacity of 1,295lbs.

If you do decide you need the larger trailer, then you're also going to need a 1-7/8" ball # C45131 as well.
