I purchased this trailer hitch for pulling a small trailer for a kayak. Great product, fast delivery, easy install. The bristle brush would have been helpful since I had one stubborn bolt. Wd40 took care of it. I just slid under my car and installed solo, which was challenging but doable. 139lbs of torque took some strength. Overall I was impressed with the delivery and packing. I received the trailer hitch in a box where it was fastened with other cardboard and staples. Not one ding. I ordered this same product from [online retailer] and it came to me like it was thrown down a stair case. [online retailer] delivers the hitch without a box and just had bubble wrap on the receiver end. Overall great price and I would definitely recommend this company. I also purchased the wiring harness for the trailer light and the trailer hitch ball mount. Both products were also neatly boxed with the trailer hitch. Two thumbs up.

Didn't realize the ball was permanently attached to the hitch, as I bought this with the intention of flipping it and using it as a rise hitch. 2" drop too low for my application. Not really worth the hassle of returning, and I guess the fault lies with me.

This ball mount features a permanently welded hitch ball that cannot be stolen or loosened. 1-78 Diameter hitch ball is chrome plated. Pin and clip included. Ball mount can be used in the position only.
Very well made. Very heavy. Arrived 2 days early which was great. Pricessed and packed first day ordered. Shipped the next.
Hitch ball works flawlessly with my trailer. Fits our hitch receiver just fine. Has the typical subpar black paint finish that chips easy though. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Traded in our old tow vehicle and got a newer model. I installed a new receiver hitch on this vehicle. This hitch fits the hitch receiver, but its a bit sloppy. You get a lot clunking noises when towing the trailer. The paint has held up fine and the tow ball still looks new.
I am very happy with my trailer hitch receiver from etrailer. I installed one on my 2011 Toyota rav4 for towing a small teardrop trailer I made during the pandemic. I also purchased a wiring harness to power the trailer lights from etrailer and after some doing have it working well. The cost of doing it myself was a small fraction of having the dealership do the work. The hitch receiver is easy to install as there are pre drilled holes to receive bolts in the frame. The wiring is a bit more complicated but I did it. God bless online videos. I'm happy with the results.
