Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13416, Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56434, and Curt Trailer Connector Adapter # C57672 are what you need to tow with your 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid.
I do recommend the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 over the Curt Adapter # C57672 as the installation kit contains the wiring and circuit breakers you will need to run power for the charge line and add a Brake Controller # RED52VR.
The etrailer Ball Mount Kit # e67DR will provide you with a 2" hitch ball.
