Question:

I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon X Edition. Will this base plate work with my Roadmaster Falcon all-terrain tow bar? Is an adapter needed? What else do I need to tow my Jeep?

Yes you can use the etrailer Classic Base Plate Kit - Fixed Arms, part # e98947, with the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs, part # RM-522. All you need is to add the Adapter for Roadmaster Tow Bar to etrailer Classic Base Plates, part # e98983, to your system. This will allow you to conned the etrailer base plate to the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain tow bar.

Please keep in mind, you will also need a supplemental brake system and tow bar wiring for your 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. My supplemental brake system recommendation is the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional, part # HM39524. It is a proportional system, so the braking force you apply in your motorhome will be applied in your towed vehicle. It is also a simple setup. You can pair this with the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Way to 6-Wire Hybrid Cord, part # RM-152-1676-7.
