Purchased equalizer sway hitch recommended by e trailer 2019 Attached to existing Curt 17120. Curt failed at welds. I want to keep the equalizer setup and replace shank with possibly with a higher rated tongue weight shank. Like blue ox BXW4000 or other suggestions.

The Equal-i-zer shank part # EQ90-02-4100 would work great with your current kit part # EQ37141ET. Sorry to hear about your # 17120 breaking.
