I have the factory 7 connector on my 2022 Ranger. Can I install the Redarc Elite and do I need one of those adapter things? Thank you in advance.

Yes, the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR can be installed on your 2022 Ford Ranger. There will be 4 wires sticking out the of large mix of wires coming through the firewall behind your brake pedal. These all have shrink tubing on the ends and carry the functions needed to install the Tow-Pro Elite.

We actually had the chance to do this same install on a 2019 Ranger that I'm linking for you to check out. When we did this install we used the Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-003 to give it that clean factory look you see in the video.
