The numbers associated with a wheel like the Steel Trailer Wheel - 8" x 7" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Silver # AM20027 are the dimensions and bolt pattern. This wheel is 8" in diameter and 7" wide. The 5 on 4-1/2 is the bolt pattern for the wheel.
