For a very similar coupler to your existing Dico 17550 model I recommend taking a look at the Titan Weld-On Coupler # T1755000. This weld-on coupler is designed for 3 inch wide trailer tongues and has a weight capacity of 21,000 pounds. I have attached a short video demonstration on this coupler so you can get a better idea of its design and dimensions.
