how can you tell if the magnet is wore out and needs replacement when a new magnet doesnt have wear holes. the magnet is a Item # BP01-185

We have a help article that covers how to test to see if trailer brake magnets are bad that I attached to this page. You'll need a multimeter like part # PT29ZR and access to a car battery.
