Don't worry we have just the thing for you!
Along with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e56RR that you mentioned, you'll also need some trailer wiring and a ball mount.
Since you mentioned you aren't exactly comfortable with electrical, I recommend using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # TK69FR. This will plug into your existing factory harness, and will provide your Sienna with a 4-pole trailer connector, no cutting or splicing.
Finally, for a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer 2-3/4" Rise or 4" Drop Ball Mount Kit # EBMK4. This kit comes with one ball mount that has 2-3/4" of rise, and 4" of drop, 1 convert a ball interchangeable all system with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, and a pin and clip.
However, to ensure you have the correct ball mount, you're going to need to measure your rise and drop that you need. I have attached a FAQ, along with some videos to include an install video for the hitch that you can check out.
