TO CONFIRM, PLEASE. YOUR website says part 118255 will fit 2022 Lexus RX-350 that was NOT pre-wired with Tow Package, but the review I read by Jeff, seems to indicate his was pre-wired. If this works, I sure need it. Thanks.

For your 2022 Lexus RX 350 the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # 56083 will connect to the factory tow package with no other parts required. This will give you a 4-way flat trailer connector on your Lexus.

Currently the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118255 is only confirmed to fit the 2010-2021 RX 350 that has the factory tow plug. It is possible for your Lexus to have the tow plug but not have came with the factory tow package.
