Question:

Does the following also apply to a 2014 RX45h? Especially fuse locations: 118252 harness connect to 2012 RX350, but doesnt have power. Helpful Expert Reply: The trailer wiring harness # 118252 is designed to fit a 2012 Lexus RX 350 that came with the factory tow package. If your RX 350 did not come with the factory tow package then harness will not work. If you are unsure if your model has the factory tow package you can have a Lexus dealer run the VIN in their system and tell you how the vehicle is equipped. There are fuses if the vehicle has the factory tow package. under the hood in locations 43 and 44, and in the cab of the vehicle in location 22 is where you will find the fuses related to the tow package wiring.

Yes, that is consistent for your 2014 Lexus RX 450h as well. I checked the online owner's manual for your vehicle and the fuse locations were the same. You can verify this with your copy of the owner's manual as well. I found the fuse location charts started on page 694.

If you do have the factory tow package then part # 118252 is what you are needing. If you do not have the factory tow package then the T-One # 118255 is what you need instead. This has the same wiring harness for the 4-Way connector but it also includes a powered modulite that needs to be mounted behind some paneling in your trunk (see attached installation details).

I also recommend installing the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75676 and using a ball mount kit like part # C45534 to complete your towing setup if you don't already have them. I have attached some helpful articles for you to reference as well.
