It is difficult to recommend the best replacement without knowing the trailer capacity but the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs - Straight Spindle - 3,500 lbs # A35RS545E would definitely fit. These work with any trailer width and can be bolted or welded on for installation.

The one thing you will have to keep in mind is the capacity. At the very least you will not be able to exceed the 3,500 lb capacity of this system. If you know the capacity of other components on your trailer and something is lower than 3,500 lbs then that would be your limitation. You are always limited by the weakest component.

Since you are adding brakes you can also use the Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit w/ Junction Box and RV Style Connector # HS381-9000 to add a 7-way to the trailer.

Yes, we have both. There is the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Straight Spindle - Regular Tires - 2,000 lbs # ASR2KHDS01 and the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 2,200 lbs # ASR1THDS01. They both use the same bearings. Since there is not an option that comes with hub/drum and brakes already, you will need a hub and drum assembly like the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3-EZ. For brakes, you can use the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # 23-468-469.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
