Question:
I am completely bike accessories illiterate. Could you please help me choose a 2 bike car bike rack for my 2020 Honda HR-V? I do not have a tow package. I do not have a roof rack. Any products you recommend that are easy to install and allow my back window wiper to run without obstructing it? Thank you!

You've come to the right place - I'll be more than happy to help you out!
I recommend going with a hitch mount bike rack because it will be easier to load up the bikes, you get a wider variety of options, and a trailer hitch is generally much more cost-effective than a roof rack. For a more cost-effective option I recommend picking up the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch # C11416 for your 2020 Honda HR-V and then using the Kuat Beta - Folding 2 Bike Aluminum Rack # B202-114 for your bikes.
This combination gives you a decent hitch and then a very lightweight bike rack (only 12.6 lbs!) that can still handle up to 40 lb bikes. Not only is the Beta really light, but it can also be folded up for storage so you don't have a big bulky rack just hanging out and taking up space.
Attached is an installation video of the trailer hitch as well as a review video of the Kuat Beta for you to check out.
