I can definitiely help you get a trailer hitch receiver installed on your 2019 Honda HR-V.

There are a few different trailer hitch receiver options but I highly recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7322 as it is the only 2x2 receiver option for your vehicle which will allow you the most options for accessories like bike racks or cargo carriers. This trailer hitch receiver will require trimming to the fascia of your vehicle and has a more difficult install than other options for your vehicle but will fit both the Front Wheel Drive and AWD models. I included the installation instructions for you to look over.

The second option I recommend is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11416 which is a 1 1/4"x1 1/4" receiver but will be a simpler install and will only require minor trimming if your HR-V is a Front Wheel Drive model. The Curt # C11416 will require the use of stabilizing strap # 18050 for any non trailered loads.
