Question:

We have a new 2022 Ram 2500 crew cab and long bed. We need to purchase and install the torklift tiedowns. On the site it differentiates between those trucks with steps and without. We had after-market steps installed but they do not extend past the cab. Im wondering if model TDL 2140 and TLR 3510 are the correct model.

Expert Reply:

For the front tie-down, you'd use the Torklift # TLD2140. The rear tie-down will depend on whether you have the factory hitch or a TorkLift Super Magnum hitch installed.

If you have the factory hitch, use # TLD3113 for the rear, or if you have the TorkLift Super Hitch Magnum, use # TLR3510.

There are a couple of fit caveats:

• Product does not fit vehicles with aftermarket Mopar rear-mounted kick out steps that are mounted under the
bumper.

• On dually trucks, the rear camper anchor point location may require the use of # TLA7004. Measure from front
of camper slide in point to rear anchor point; kit is needed if less than 90 inches

For locking stainless turnbuckles, use # TLS9529-2-LK for black, # TLS9522-2-LK for gray or # TLS9526-2-LK for polished stainless.
