Question:

Do you make a bike trough for 4 inch wheels? There are a lot of people with 4 wheel ebikes. Why not create an option to buy any rack with one wide and one regular, or two of one size or the other trough width to completely customize your rack. Alot of us senior citizens have ebike but cant l I ft the added weight. Yours is the only lift rack I have seen, but tire with of my husbands bike will not fit. Desperate to find one that does fit. Can you help m re?

To make the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202 compatible with a 4" wide fat tire bike you need the Fat Bike Strap Kit # TH985101. If you struggle to move the e-Bike around you might consider getting the Extra-Long Loading Ramp # TH933402 as well. The fat tire straps allow you to use a bike with up to 4-11/16" wide and then the longer loading ramp was something Thule came out with once there was some demand for it, but the longer ramp won't store on the rack like the original one does.

We do have a variety of bike racks that come out of the box with trays or hoops designed for bikes with up to 5" wide tires. The dimensions of the rack are up to the manufacturer though so we just try to make sure we have any add-ons that people might be looking for - like the fat tire straps you're needing for your application.
