We currently carry four different size hitch balls which are 1-7/8", 50mm, 2", and 2-5/16". The most common hitch ball size in Europe is 50mm for which you can use part # 63912 if you need a 3/4" diameter shank or part # EH53C-C if you need a 1" diameter shank.

In order to be sure you are using the correct size hitch ball you will want to look at the top of the trailer coupler as it will be stamped into this location.

I have a CURT 45036 Trailer Hitch Mount and a 2" ball, but the shank is too short. I need a 50MM ball mount with a long shank for European trailers and bike racks. I understand a 2" ball mount would work, but i definitely will need a longer shank than the 2" shank I currently have. Do you have a ball mount that would work for me? I also see that you have a large selection of CURT European style draw bars, but it looks like they don't fit my 2" receiver. Do you have anything that would work for me?

For a 2" ball mount with a longer shank the Curt # D-26 will work well. It features a distance of 12-5/8" from the hitch pin hole to the ball hole. You can then pair it with the Brophy 50mm Ball # EH53C-C.
