Solution for MaxxAir Roof Vent Fan that Won't Stop Running

Question:
Some how this fan motor cannot be shut off…??? I can stand on a chair and manually crank lid closed but fan motor will not shut off… I don’t even know how or where it did turn on from, there is NO control switch anywhere in kitchen area. There is a similar fan unit in second 1/2 bathroom which does have a control switch and it functions very properly. Nothing in kitchen to attempt any fan controls???

Sounds like the circuit board of the MaxxAir vent is fried and in need of replacing which we offer with the part # MA10A21276K.
