What Cargo Carrier and Light Kit do You Recommend with Dimensions of 48 x 27?

Hello, I am looking for a hitch mounted cargo carrier with minimum dimensions of 48 x 27. What would you recommend? Thanks.

For a great cargo carrier that includes your required dimensions of 48x27, I recommend the 30x50 Curt Cargo Carrier w/ 48" Ramp - 2" Hitches # C18112. The Curt comes with 50-1/4" long x 30-7/8" wide x 3-3/4" tall internal dimensions. The ramp is fully collapsible so that you can fold the carrier up against the rear for storage. As far as weight capacity, the carrier has a max capacity of 500 pounds. It is important to note that the length of the shank measures 7-1/4 inches from the center of the pinhole to the carrier when folded. If you have a hitch installed, I recommend you measure your hitch from the center of the pinhole to the outside face of your rear bumper to make sure that measurement does not exceed 7-1/4 inches long. This carrier is compatible with 2 inch hitch receivers only. We unfortunately do not make any carriers of the size you need for 1-1/4" hitch receivers.
