My trailer hitch recommendation is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2", part # 13707. It has a maximum tongue weight of 400 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 4,000 lbs, which is greater than our other trailer hitch options for your 2009 Ford Crown Victoria.
