Can You Replace The Control Panel On The Lippert Smart Jack

I have a lippert smartjack , ser# sjwp2017-08-01386 on a travel trailer . It doesnt always respond to up or down commands . Im asking if the control panel can be replaced ?

The buttons, face and controls on the Lippert Smart Jack Electric Trailer Jack w/ Footplate - A-Frame - 22-1/2" Lift - 3.5K - Black # LC643589 are not a replaceable part.
You will have to use your warranty if you are within its time frame or replace the unit or you will need to purchase a new unit if it is out of warranty.
