Your sewer hose can pull hard when the RV drain valve sits at an awkward angle. This 45-degree adapter reduces hose stress, fits standard 3-inch sewer hoses, and it's clear so you can see when the tank is clean.
When your holding tank drain valve leaves the sewer hose sitting at an awkward angle, a straight connection can put extra strain right where you need control. This 45-degree adapter changes the approach angle between your RV sewer hose and the drain valve, helping the hose line up more naturally during hookup. The connection stays easier to position, and your drain setup is ready to route wastewater with less stress on the hose.
During tank draining or rinse-out, it's easy to wonder whether the system is actually finished. The clear body lets you watch the flow through the adapter as your tank empties and flushing continues. You can see when the system is running clean, then close up the dump process with a clearer read on what's happening.
A sewer hose connection needs to stay locked in place once dumping starts, especially when the hose is pulling from an angle. This adapter secures to your drain valve with 4 sturdy bayonets, giving the connection a firm mechanical hold at the hookup point. Once it's seated, the adapter stays engaged while wastewater moves through the hose.
Sewer fittings get handled, twisted, and packed back with the rest of your dump gear, so the body material matters. This adapter uses break-resistant polycarbonate construction while keeping the clear view through the fitting. It stays ready for repeated hookup and teardown, with visibility still available when it's time to check the flow.

Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Lippert RV Clear 45 degree sewer hose adapter with bayonet fittings. Folks, as you can see, this is a 45 degree adapter and this is a clear one as you can see as well, so it's gonna be really easy to see whenever the tank is clean and when you're finished rinsing. It is a polycarbonate construction, it is brake resistant. This stuff is really, really super tough.
And obviously, again, you have the seal, the bayonet lug adapter, and the lugs on this end. Keeping in mind that you have the one lug that is shaped differently, so make sure you're using that to line up your fittings and everything accordingly whenever you're doing what you need to do. Folks, that's gonna wrap up our quick look together at this Lippert RV Clear 45 sewer hose adapter. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
