It sounds like you're looking for the MORryde 5th Wheel Cross Brace Landing Gear Stabilizer # MR72AR.
These bars will permanently attach to your 5th wheels landing gear legs to reduce movement while parked, and when the landing gear is retracted, these cross braces retract with the legs.
