Yes, the Curt trailer hitch # 14361 is listed as a fit for all 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 series trucks. But it does not fit HemiSport Quad Cab, Ram Rumble Bee or SRT-10 models. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.

I also recommend etrailer ball mount # EBMK2416. It comes with a ball mount, 2 hitch balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you need to add trailer wiring use # C55504.
