For your 2021 Chevrolet Equinox, we have the Blue Ox Baseplate Kit # BX1730. This is confirmed to fit your 2021 Equinox, and will fit all Blue Ox tow bars like the Blue Ox Alpha 2 # BX7380.
If you're interested in a complete setup, you'll also need:
-Tow bar wiring # RM-152-98146-7
-Braking System # SM99243
-High Low Adapter # RM-048-4
