I have a solution but the Replacement Slider Base for B&W Patriot Slider 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 18,000 lbs item # BWRVB3270 will not fit in your 2019 Ram 2500's puck system. You will need the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 25,000 lbs item # RP30154 to use that base or the full B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs item # BWRVK3270 with your puck system. The Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch was not made to fit in the OEM puck systems.
For a B&W 5th wheel hitch that is made for your 2019 Ram 2500's puck system, you will want the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K item # BWRVK3670.
Not sure what a 3255 10K stationary head is but the only replacement part that will fit the Patriot Slider base item # BWRVB3270 is the Replacement Head Assembly for B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 18,000 lbs item # BWRVC3200.
