Are the pivot arms only available for the BW RVB3055 flatbed base? Thanks

The pivot arms on the Replacement Base for B&W Companion Flatbed 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVB3055 can only be acquired through B&W directly or by ordering the whole base kit. These may end up being replacement parts in the future but I believe B&W likes to know when these need to be replaced so they can manage the quality if there ever is an issue.
