While we haven't personally had our installers confirm the fit of the:
-Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU54VR
That you mentioned, for your 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe, however, that doesn't mean they won't work.
I went ahead and verified with Blue Ox, and they told me that # BLU54VR is verified to fit a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71.
If you have the standard Tahoe, you'll want to use the:
-Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU58FR
Or
If you have the diesel version, you'll want the:
-Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU24XR
