For the 2006 Toyota Prius we do have one option that will help with a sagging rear end. You can use the SumoSprings, # CSS-1145R. These guys will fit in the spaces between coils on the rear coil springs and take care of the rear end squat.
Suspension enhancement is meant to be installed on a vehicle that has suspension that is in good working order. I recommend having the rear suspension checked out first just to be safe. I have linked a video showing a typical installation of SumoSprings you can use as a guide.
