Question:
Can you recommend a bolt-on A-Frame jack with a short retracted bracket height? Looking for max road clearance - use of extended footplate or block is OK if necessary. 14 - cargo trailer 3000# GROSS 2x4 frame rails #BD1550100317?

For a jack with a short retracted height I recommend the Ultimate Trailer Jack - A-Frame - Topwind - 27-1/2" Lift - 2,000 lbs # 322-RDJ-2K. This jack retracts to be flush with the bottom of your trailer frame and has a bracket height of 1-3/4" with the jack fully retracted and the collar at the lowest setting. It has a lift capacity of 2,000 lbs, support capacity of 3,000 lbs, and can be bolted on or welded on for installation.
I have attached some review videos for your reference.
