Question:

I know you started answering the question above. I have a m20 fifth wheel hitch for the puck system that is brand new. Can i add the slider mechanism between the legs and hitch piece or do I have to replace bother the legs and the slider parts? I am hoping to save most of the hitch if possible.

From looking at the picture you provided, your Mopar M20 hitch was made by Curt. And specifically, it is their Q20 # C16530-16021. Just to make sure, I did contact Curt and they confirmed this information. This is very good news. It means you can continue to use the head as it will bolt directly to the Curt R20 Round Tube Slider # C16550 without losing any capacity. However, to get this fitting into the factory pucks in your 2021 Ram 2500, you will also need the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # C16022. Once this is all hooked up, you will be good to go.
