Yes! The Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # S64683 will fit your 2021 Nissan Rogue SL if you have a compatible hitch receiver installed and have proper bumper clearance. For a great compatible hitch that gives you enough bumper clearance, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - 2" # DT85MR. When installed on your 2021 Nissan Rogue, the Draw-Tite measures 4-1/2 inches from the center of the pinhole to the outside face of the rear bumper Since the shank on the Chinook measures 6 inches from the pinhole to the closest part of the rack, you won't have bumper clearance issues. If you happen to already have a hitch installed, I recommend that you measure the center of the pinhole to the outside face of your rear bumper to make sure that measurement does not exceed 6 inches long.
If you plan on using fat tires up to 5 inches wide on the Chinook, you need the fat tire cradles # S64694. Also, if you want to transport women's bikes, children's bikes, and step-thru bikes, I recommend a Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005. The adapter bar gives your bikes a straight, horizontal plane that is required to attach to the ratcheting hooks of the Chinook.
