We do indeed have a trailer hitch receiver that fits your 2021 Ram 1500 with the new body style. The hitch will fit whether or not you have the factory hitch (though if you have the factory hitch it would need to be removed), and is made by Curt:
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15005
I verified with Curt that the # C15005 will fit all models of '21 Ram 1500, including your Big Horn. This is a beast of a hitch as well, a Class V with a 15,000 lb towing capacity and 1,500 lb tongue weight capacity with a 2 inch receiver.
