I need to replace clamps for my Yakima Aero Raptor roof racks. These clamps would fit, part # Y8880054. Am I right that will also need the pads and a bolt with a wing nut/fastener?

You are correct in that you will need a few more pieces to get your Yakima Raptor rooftop bike rack attached to your roof rack. The Replacement "A" and "B" Lower Jaws for Yakima Raptor Aero Bike Rack # Y8880054 will get you started, but you will also need the Replacement Pad Set # 8880057 and the Replacement Hardware # 8880056 to complete it.
