The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs part # AL88242 are a confirmed fit for a 2022 Ford E-450 Chassis. That said, you need to make sure you don't have any obstructions on the outside of the frame where the frame brackets install. Please note, drilling is required for installation.
