Is there a rotating turret 5th wheel king pin that is compatible with the BW companion turnover ball mount hitch?

Due to the a rotating pin box moving the pivot point off of the head of the hitch, it will cause too much movement and stress on an adapter like the B&W Companion # BWRVK3400 (sliding) or # BWRVK3500 (fixed). Due to this, you cannot use rotating pin boxes with this type of adapter, unfortunately.
With that being said, what you may want to look at is the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter, like the # RP85FR for a 1621 pin box, coupled with an offset gooseneck ball. The B&W 4" Offset Ball # BWGNXA4085 will work with all B&W Turnoverball gooseneck trailer hitches, but you will need the # BWGNXA4585 for a Toyota Tundra or the # BWGNXA4685 for a Dodge Ram 1500. This may be the better option for you, but I do also have to mention that there are no offset goose neck balls for factory gooseneck hitches, so that does limit you to just the Goose Box.
