The B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # BWRVK3500 has the polyurethane molded bushings on the pivot arms. This is where noise and squeaking could come into play, so the manufacturer recommends using a simple lithium grease like # L11354 to assist. Just cover those bushings with a light coat and you'll be good to go.
