Question:
Hello, Do you guys have any installation videos for installing trailer light wiring on a 2021 Nissan Rogue? We just bought two of them and are wanting to buy a hitch and wiring but haven’t been able to find a wiring installation video. Please let me know. Thanks! Happy new year!

The 2021 Nissan Rogue is a vehicle that we have not had the opportunity to install a wiring harness on as of yet. This means, of course, that we do not have an installation video available. That being said, installation of a wiring harness like the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK76FR is fairly simple.
The T-One connector plugs into connection points in the rear cargo area. Once that is done, a hot lead will run to the car battery. I would recommend the Tekonsha you looked at over other options since we have found their wiring to be the most reliable.
Since you mentioned a hitch, check out the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e93ZR. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and a concealed cross tube. It has a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs and tongue weight of 525 lbs. What sets this hitch apart from others is the matte black powder coat finish. This helps protect the hitch while hiding dirt and scratches better than a glossy finish. The # e93ZR is made in the USA.
For a complete towing setup you will also need a ball mount. Check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
Although the process is not completely identical, I have attached an installation of a similar wiring harness on a 2018 Nissan Rogue. This will at least let you see how to run the hot lead to your car battery. I have also attached the written instructions which show where the connections are located in the rear cargo area for your reference.
