Question:
I purchased a Curt C55416 trailer electrical connector. Will it fit into the 319-S7-61 aluminum bracket? I know that the bracket needs to be drilled to mount the bracket to the vehicle. Does this bracket need to be drilled to install the connector into it? Thanks

Expert Reply:
The Curt Mounting Bracket # C67UR is the bracket that I recommend using with the Curt 7-Way RV-Style Trailer Connector # C55416 that you already have. This connector uses a mounting bolt pattern of 2-1/4" X 1-1/2".
The EZ Connector Mounting Bracket # 319-S7-61 has a different bolt hole pattern as it is designed to be used with the EZ Connector Magnetic 7-Way Trailer Connector # 319-S7-05. It has the larger 2-1/2" X 1-3/4" bolt pattern.
